Exchange Policy for bodyfuel™ Mattress

At bodyfuel™, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible sleep experience. We understand that choosing the right mattress is a personal decision, and that’s why we offer a 180-night sleep trial for all our mattresses (x2 the terms of most brands). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your bodyfuel™ mattress, we offer a one-time exchange for a different mattress size or firmness level.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must have purchased your bodyfuel™ mattress directly from our website. The mattress must be in its original condition and free from any damage, stains, or odors. The exchange policy is only applicable during the 180-night sleep trial period after 30-day body adjustment period.

Exchange Procedure:

  • If you are not satisfied with your bodyfuel™ mattress and wish to exchange it, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and help you select the new mattress size or firmness level that best suits your needs.
  • Once you have confirmed your new mattress selection, our team will provide you with an estimate of the shipping charges of the replacement. The cost of shipping the new mattress to you and picking up the old mattress will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cost of Exchange:

  • The exchange of your mattress is completely free of charge, including all shipping costs. Bodyfuel™ will cover the costs associated with shipping the new mattress to you and picking up the old mattress, ensuring a hassle-free exchange experience.

  • If the new mattress you select is more expensive than your original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference. However, if the new mattress is the same price or less than your original purchase, there will be no additional charge or refund of the difference.


  • Our exchange policy only applies to the purchase of a new mattress. It does not apply to any accessories or add-ons, such as bed frames, pillows, or Snap bases. The exchange policy is also limited to one exchange per customer and does not start an additional 180-night sleep trial.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the mattress is found to be in unsatisfactory condition, was abused, misused or if the exchange request is made after the 180-night sleep trial period.
