Ordering and Shipping

• To place an order with bodyfuel, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid credit card or other accepted payment method. We offer free shipping within Canada*, and we use a third-party carrier to deliver your mattress. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery, although this may vary depending on your location and other factors outside our control.

Exchange Policy

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your bodyfuel mattress, which is why we offer a one-time exchange policy. If you find that the mattress is not suitable for you after the first 30 days of use (body adjustment period), you can exchange it for a different model of equal or lesser value. This exchange policy is valid within 180 days of purchase. Please note that this policy only applies to the mattress and does not include any bedding accessories, which are final sale. If you opt to exchange for a mattress of a greater value, you may pay the difference from the original price paid to the current retail price.

Warranty

• All bodyfuel mattresses come with a 20-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues with your mattress during this period, please refer to the separate Warranty Information page on our website for instructions on how to make a claim. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or care, or changes in personal preferences.

Use of Website

• By using the bodyfuel website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not use any content or materials on the site for commercial purposes without our express written permission. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the site at any time for any reason.
